Based on the change management teachings of William Bridges,
the Managing Change course helps organizations stay competitive in a constantly shifting business environment by providing managers with the leadership skills needed to mobilize employee support for change initiatives. This course builds on the concepts introduced in Reframing Change, which was released in 2001.
