Managing Change

Based on the change management teachings of William Bridges, the Managing Change course helps organizations stay competitive in a constantly shifting business environment by providing managers with the leadership skills needed to mobilize employee support for change initiatives. This course builds on the concepts introduced in Reframing Change, which was released in 2001.

After completing this course, managers will have the skills necessary to create an effective transition strategy, thereby

  • Minimizing employee turnover during change.
  • Partnering with executive management to minimize the effects of change on employees.
  • Becoming trusted resources for employees during change.
