Navigating Change

Based on the work of William Bridges, the Navigating Change course helps organizations stay competitive in a constantly shifting business environment by teaching individual employees the skills necessary to understand and support change initiatives. This course builds on the Transition Model introduced in Reframing Change, which is already available on the Ninth House Network.

After completing this course, employees will have the skills necessary to recognize and address the internal transitions associated with any change, which will enable them to guide themselves productively through any organizational change.
