To update your media servers with an available Ninth House course, you can choose from two installation methods. Learning and Technology Administrators may want to discuss their requirements before ordering. You may request the media at any time.

Once you have selected the method that's right for you, please phone us (1.800.969.9646) to inform us of your choice.

Option 1. Media Download via Support Site
If you choose this option, we will send you a link to a page on our Support site where you can download the media files (with accompanying instructions).

If this is your preference, please let us know. When placing your request, please also include the following:

• Organization name

Option 2. Media Installation Disc
If you choose this option, we’ll mail you an installer disc with course media and instructions.

• Number of installer discs required for each course

• Preferred mailing address(es)
